I am Alastair Davie, I’m a retired corporate publicist for leading US and Canadian Corporations. I was born and educated in the UK worked for the Financial Times and Reuters before moving to the United States in 1976.

I combine my fascination for modern history and my creative ability to weave an enthralling story so that the reader learns how historic events affected the ordinary person.
